Our buildings have been well-maintained over the years, however Chisago Lakes School District continues to have pressing facility and deferred maintenance needs that we must address soon. Our facility condition assessment, conducted by an independent firm, helped us identify and prioritize needs for our aging heating, cooling, electrical, lighting and plumbing systems, as well as building and site infrastructure.
